Bookings: 

• To access the EOFY cashback voucher, it is essential to book your event with the Lotus Events Team via enquiry or by contacting events@lotusdininggroup.com.
• Booked events must fall on a date between June 1st and July 31st, 2024 to be classified as EOFY bookings.
• This offer is valid for all private dining bookings and all other group bookings of 15 people or more.
• This offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.

EOFY Cashback vouchers: 

• Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Vouchers are only redeemable at the original booked venue and cannot be used at other Lotus restaurants.
• Vouchers can only be used on a private dining room booking or large bookings of 15 people or more.
• Vouchers can be redeemed for up to 75% of the value of a bill and cannot be used to pay any service charges.
• Vouchers must be used by May 31st, 2025.
• The value of a voucher is calculated off the total event bill value minus surcharges (service charge, Public Holiday surcharge), gratuity, and any equipment hire cost.

• • Spend up to $5,000 and get a 10% cashback voucher (up to $500)
  • Spend between $5,001 to $10,000 and get a 15% cashback voucher (up to $1,500)
  • Spend over $10,000 and get a 20% cashback voucher (up to $3,000)

Lotus voucher for the event organiser: 

• Booker vouchers must be redeemed by May 31st, 2025.
• Booker vouchers are redeemable at any Lotus restaurant.

Lotus Dumpling Masterclass Lucky Draw:  

• The complimentary Dumpling Masterclass will be gifted to a randomly selected EOFY booking.
• The Dumpling Masterclass (valued at $1,500) is bookable by a party of 10-15 guests (min-max).
