CIRCULAR QUAY
Lotus Dumpling Bar Circular Quay is located in the prestigious Quay Quarter Tower. A hop and a skip from the iconic Circular Quay and world-famous Opera House.
It’s a high-end casual experience, laid-back yet stylish dinners and a walk-up bar; with an incredible range of wines by the glass. Expect delicious handmade dumplings, premium produce and just the right amount of spice the dumpling bar is famous for. Suitable for all occasions.
Wine is synonymous with the Lotus Dumpling Bar and as with our other Dumpling Bar venues, our guests may continue to expect a small well-rounded list with a focus on local, aromatics and lighter reds, which pair perfectly with our food.
SUMMER HILL
Lotus Summer Hill Dumpling Bar located in the heart of Summer Hill at 26 Lackey Street, is the new relaxed dumpling restaurant and bar that offers a more refined and upscale dining experience than other restaurants in the area. Lotus Summer hill brings the quality of Lotus to the suburbs.
It is an extension of Lotus Dining Group’s popular Walsh Bay restaurant, bringing the cuisine of its sister venue to local diners in the inner-west. The venue offer diners a curated drinks list of wine, local craft beer, and Lotus Dining Group’s much-loved cocktails, to be enjoyed alongside the meal.

WALSH BAY
Lotus Walsh Bay was the first restaurant in the Lotus family and is much loved by locals and tourists alike. The venue began life as a warehouse built in the early 1900s for the Sydney Port Authority.
With its amazing location. Dumpling Bar Walsh Bay is the perfect spot for a quick and delicious meal before or after the theatre, with pre and post theatre menu that’s renowned for its dumplings and fast turnaround times.
