Work alongside with the Group Sommelier to develop an extensive wine menu with a focus on high-quality and unique wines from around the world

Maintaining stock levels and conducting regular stock checks
Arranging wine tastings and wine pairing events
Providing training and guidance to staff on wines and wine making
Advising on legal and regulatory requirements related to the sale of alcohol
Staying up to date with industry trends and developments

2+ years previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced environment
